I've used distress inks and the photo stamp I can't remember what company it's from or the stamps' name. Two of the other stamps are T!m Holtz and the swirl is Basic Grey (I think). The card is made from Cosmo Cricket papers.

She looks like a Stampsmith stamp to me (ah, I see Carol just said the same thing!) - fab card!
