Photos and DCM challenge

As promised yesterday I have photographed said cards I made for Kat and my sister. They took me ages to decide what to put where and I am still not sure that I like the cards but as I said yesterday it seems always to be the way that when I make cards for close family I never think I have done them just right.

Kat likes her card and my sister - well I don't know she has yet to open hers. This one is Kat's - there are 18 gem hearts - I don't know why I put the elephant on there but Kat thinks it is very Moulin Rouge haha.

My sister's card caused me trouble because I didn't know where to place everything - I must have been shuffling those elements around for a good hour. lol

And finally, just in time, I have made a card for the DaringCardMakers challenge which this week is "fairies". I recently found these Lili of the Valley diecuts and thought I had better use them - only had them a year and a half. Decided to make this card for a family friend - her birthday is not until the end of August so getting ahead of myself now. tee hee.
Her wings are covered in Crystal Stickles and the papers are Cosmo Cricket. Thanks for coming to visit my blog today. x

they are all beautiful cards. I love the touch of the 18 hearts on your daughter's card and the fairy one is too cute for words!

Fab cards there Tracey. Is that a swirly stamp or patterned paper on your sister's? Whatever it's lovely, as is the doodling. xx

Fab stuff, you seem to have a bit of a frame thing going on! Love the hearts on your DD's and the swirly stuff going on for your sister!

Kaz - both Kat's and my sister's card are background stamped with an Anna Griffin stamp. My sister's card has a chipboard swirl from a Bubbly Funk kit and the heart is Rosie's sticky back plastic RAK.

Hope that helps with the query. :)
